At Love to Dream US, we want you and your baby to sleep soundly, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
